Martin O’Neil (Senior Physiotherapist)

Martin graduated from Newcastle University in 2007. He has joined our team after over a decade working in the public health system across Sydney, Brisbane and Newcastle focusing on musculoskeletal injuries, fracture clinics, orthopaedic surgery and the emergency department. In addition to this, he has also worked as the in-charge physio for sporting teams.
Martin enjoys the challenge of providing optimal function and comfort during the rehabilitation process. He is well regarded for his ability to provide care using a modern approach to evidence based practice and involving the patient during a shared decision making process regarding treatment. He has numerous connections with specialist service providers when further referral is required.

Martin has comprehensive experience from acute injury management to returning to high level performance, which will ensure your recovery remains on track.

In his limited free time as a father, he enjoys running, tennis, ultimate frisbee and barracking for his beloved Sydney Swans.
